16 May Panevėžys will once again become a city of live music with the Street Music Day 2026, which has become an integral part of the city’s cultural life for two decades. On this day, musicians take to the streets, squares and courtyards, and the city is filled with sound, improvisation and life.
The event brings together professional performers, young people, communities and anyone who wants to share music and good vibes. Music genres ranging from jazz and acoustic to choral, folk and electronic music will be played in different venues around the city.
