The ŠKAC Amateur Theater of the Šeduva Culture and Crafts Center presents the play “The Triple Trial,” based on the comic drama by Samogitian author Edmundas Untulis.
This is the story of two families whose fates unexpectedly intertwine. The intrigue—where did the grandmothers go?—is maintained right up until the end of the play. Unexpected situations, secrets, and down-to-earth humor gradually reveal much deeper questions about family, love, and responsibility for loved ones.
The play’s central message is simple yet important: to love a person is to accept not only them, but also their children and parents.
The performance is complemented by songs performed by the Butėnai Women’s Ensemble.
The cast features amateur theater actors from a wide range of professions: teachers, high school students, college students, farmers, homemakers, and students from the University of the Third Age.
Director: Izolina Stanulienė.
