Prevention of violence and harassment

PROCEDURES FOR REPORTING VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT

An employee of the Panevėžys Cultural Centre who reasonably believes that he/she or another person is being harassed and/or subjected to violence may report it to the responsible person appointed by the Director of the Panevėžys Cultural Centre.

All reports of violence and harassment at work (both verbal and written) are recorded and dealt with. Opportunities are provided for staff to make reports by providing detailed information about the incident, such as the alleged perpetrator, the circumstances of the situation, the time, place, possible witnesses and other relevant information.

Staff can report possible cases of psychological violence or harassment:

  • your line manager;
  • email: info@pankultura.lt;
  • by filling in the notification form.

Staff members who receive information about a possible case of violence or harassment must immediately inform the head of the establishment and the occupational safety and health officer.
