Any person who believes or suspects that he/she has been or is being subjected to a breach of the law related to corruption due to the unlawful actions of an employee of the Panevėžys Cultural Centre, as a result of the inadequate (or non-performance of the direct duties) of the employees of the Panevėžys Cultural Centre, can contact us at the addresses and telephone numbers indicated.

Memorandum on the procedure for reporting a criminal offence of a corruption nature known to a person, prepared by the Special Investigation Service
The form for reporting a criminal offence of a corruption nature, approved on 21 May 2018. The form was approved by the Director of the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania by the Order of the Director of the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania No. 2-86 “On the Approval of the Description of the Procedure for the Examination of the Statements of the Persons Who Address the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania”, which may facilitate the submission of the targeted information by a civil servant or a person equivalent to a civil servant on the criminal offence of a corruption nature that is known to him/her.
