Information notice on video surveillance and processing of personal data
In order to ensure the security of the property of the Culture Centre, the safety of employees, visitors and other persons, public order and prevention of violations of law, the municipal budgetary institution Panevėžys Culture Centre (hereinafter referred to as the “Culture Centre”) carries out video surveillance on the premises of the Culture Centre and around the Culture Centre building.
Video surveillance is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the law and the personal data obtained are processed solely for these purposes and are not used for any other unrelated purposes.

Areas to be monitored
Video surveillance is carried out in the common premises of the Panevėžys Cultural Centre and in the area around the building of the Cultural Centre.
Data storage period
Video recordings shall be kept for a maximum of 30 calendar days, except where they are necessary for the investigation or examination of offences.
Basis for processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable law.
Rights of data subjects
Individuals have the right to:
- access to your personal data;
- require the correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure or restriction of processing where permitted by law;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
