Employee representation means defending and representing the rights and interests of employees in relations with other parties to the social partnership, in labour disputes and in social partnership institutions, creating and amending rights and obligations for them or otherwise participating in the determination of the employees’ labour, social and economic rights and obligations in accordance with the procedure laid down by labour law norms.
Employees of the Panevėžys Cultural Centre are represented by the Labour Council.
