Panevėžys Cultural Centre does not perform supervision of economic entities, because according to the applicable legislation it is not entrusted with the functions of supervision of economic entities and it is not included in the list of institutions performing supervision of economic entities approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No 511 of 4 May 2010 “On Optimisation of the Supervisory Functions of the Institutions”.
